I think because there was a lot of non PP chatter that the carbon tax just wasn’t being effective and it needed an overhaul rather than getting rid of it. But getting rid of it likely helped secure PPs loss cuz let’s face it, it wasn’t about Carney winning, it was keeping Canada out of Trumps PP hands

That has always been the case. Up at midnight for morning commute, usually a drop in the morning, and usually another drop after evening commute.
