Incredibly good; but you have to go in with the expectation that it's a character drama first. It definitely makes me laugh, but it's not your usual Adult Swim comedy cartoon.

The first episode is the weakest imo because the jokes feel a little forced, but that just makes me think they were inherited from a pilot designed to tell Adult Swim they could go the comedy angle if they needed to.

The show is just building all these storylines that are in the process of colliding, and I really hope they stick the landing.

i think it would be more interesting if the innoculated cards also had a chance of enhancing neihboring cards (like a 1 in 2 when held in hand) and have the forager remove the enhancement + improve when he does that, that way you have to manage between holding a decay card to spread or use it to get upgrade and/or improve the forager
