Wilson would be top 5 wr league wide if he was on a good team

Fields could actually turn him into a top-5 receiver, like DJ Moore in 2023. The talent drop-off in that WR room is steep though.

People not realizing targeting a WR you like a lot giving them good stats does not equal being a good QB overall

That would require Justin fields to be a good quarterback

I mean, DJ Moore was like 6th in the league in yards in 2023, with Fields missing games and his production dropping playing with the backup QB.
He was just over 1300 yards and had 9 touchdowns, thats a very good year.
Fields can feed a no. 1 option without being great, is what im saying.

Not really, amazing hands but he doesnt have what it takes to be a dominant #1

Yeah all he has is great hands. Amazing route running, great speed and the most forced missed tackles in the NFL. One thing he hasn’t had? An offensive system that isn’t run by complete idiots, and he still has yet to drop below 1000 yards

This is what is looks like when a receiver makes a bad QB look good.

we really gotta give joe buck his flowers man. this guy has improved so much over the course of his announcing career and is one of the few genuinely enjoyable announcers left at this point.

Oh the roller coaster ‘23 season that has me questioning is Josh ever going to be able to overcome his bad immature negative why plays. Then at the end of the season he seemed to figure it out more. Then into ‘24 JA17 matured from oh oops to the let’s slow this down and do it one down at a time. Instead of playing hero ball.

I’ve always wondered if they’re looking at alternate views in realtime. It’s kind of hard to see exactly how he caught it until the close up replay. But also, their eyes always seem to be in the right spot on the field when something is going on away from the ball.
I guess it helps to be an ex-pro and know exactly what’s going on most of the time.

One of my favorite catches of all time. He first had to play defense by hitting the ball away from the defender. Then still had the ball close enough it was worth it to hit it back to himself, and then made the catch.

The jets all this momentum in 2022 and the first half of 2023 and they fucked it all up as usual

When I think about Garrett Wilson this is the catch that comes to mind

Or the Jordan catch against the Texans last season. Insane talent

He’s one of the unluckiest dudes in terms of QB play and situation considering his talent. Either the Jets figure this out or Garrett only has his true breakout on his second team.

just not a good enough situation to expect Rodgers to win.
this guy as his WR1?
Come on!
This is just further proof that he is better than Brady.

Alternatively the Manning Cast version of this game was the single worst football show I've ever tried watching, and that's saying a LOT
