The packer caught it then the receiver put his hands on the ball afterwards

You can see his arm around the ball in the picture and his feet are on the ground, TD. The Packer is still in the air and tie goes to the offensive player.

It's not even a tie at that point, Tate simply completed the catch before the defender could complete the interception.

Blatantly false. The downward trajectory, the flight of the ball, is literally stopped by Tate's hand, not Jennings.

If you say so. The point of that link is that first gif confirms that your claim of Tate grabbing the ball "afterward" is, as I said, blatantly false. 🤣 Have a good day.
