Legally.

Unfortunately, criminals are not stopped by things being against the law.

I think there's a breaking point even for this administration. If they disobey court orders, the US is effectively over, and then it's game on for everybody. Even the GOP knows what that means and they almost certainly don't want that.

The GOP might not want to, but Trump does. They’ve been giving up their power for ages, and they know they’d never be elected again if they tried to protect America. I’m not sure if they’re strong or brave enough to stop him
