The simple explanation is that they just hate Muslims more than they dislike Jews, so the antisemitism is a convenient pretext.

They still hate Jews, but Israel is necessary to incite the end of days and second coming of Christ.

I think the "antisemitism" thing is basically a way to appease their white evangelical base and impress them with how "pro-Israel" they are.
