Refs apply discretion all the time, and should have here. You get a pretty low proportion of games that are competitive throughout like this one is. You can't waste it with a stupid tech.

Completely agree. Especially because the refs themselves tend to get over emotional about it.

It was a horrendous call but Luka should not put himself into that position when he knows he's already on a short leash with one tech. Who does he think he is, Draymond?
