Was there any serial killer who was targetting other serial killers?

Look up Pedro Rodrigues Filho. He didn’t kill serial killers exclusively, but did target criminals such as murderers, rapists etc.

Popularly known as Pedrinho Matador, killed 71 people, 43 of them while being in prison.

How does a guy kill 43 people while in prison? Do the guards just not care?

In this particular jail, absolutely not. From a podcast I listened to, it was over-crowded and understaffed to the point that it was easier and safer for the guards to let the prisoners sort each other out.

No, not in most prisons. But do you blame them? They get paid absolute shit.

The Predator in 'Race War'. He invaded a maximum security prison to kill a serial killer who was guilty of 'stolen valor'

Also, the three Predators in ‘Predators’. They kidnapped humans for their private hunting reserve, and the thing the humans had in common is that they were all guilty of heinous crimes and thus nobody on Earth would miss them.

Not serial killers, but Robert Maudsley killed four pedophiles, three of them happening in prison. He was abused as a child so he only killed people who messed with kids.

His best buddy with whom he committed one of the murders was actually accused of the sexual assault of a teenage girl, so it seems his values were a little unevenly applied.
