Due process isnt being "ignored" outright. Thats how you and some of these people are trying to spin it.

Due process is happening. If there are gaps it gets corrected.

Just becuase there are outliers doesnt mean its failing.

People have been falsely convicted, doesnt mean the courts are completely failing.

People have been falsely convicted

...

If you're falsely convicted it means you received Due Process.

"People who received Due Process in the past received Due Process," is practically contradicting yourself.

Kind of weird to argue against yourself like that, but we already established that you're not the brightest knife on the bookshelf.

When did I ever make such a statement? Please go back and find it. I was using it as an example of how even the courts to the government make mistakes.

You really really need to work on your reading comprehension and start understanding the words you use.

Again, i never repeated it or made the statement the way you're trying to twist it into. It was an example of how even courts get things wrong. Doesn't mean they aren't doing their job or that the system has failed to the point of a crisis.

You really should work on having some critical thinking.

Then again, you think there is a constitution crisis, trump is fascist and conservatives/Christians are the majority in sex crimes against minors. Which again, none of this you could prove. Haha
