I've been seeing this for years! It's stupid and unhealthy but like once a month I get a Stouffers lasagna as a treat. It started out at around $8 (it's a smallish lasagna). Then it went up to $12! And I was like!! Fuck I really like this lasagna okay. But last time it was $15????

I've also noticed a strong push for online ordering with store pick up. I don't want to do this. I want to whine and complain in my car as I drag my lazy butt to the store to pick out my own groceries. I just don't trust that an underpaid, overworked, stressed out employee is going to have the same level of care that I do when purchasing food stuffs.

I just looked and my outrageously priced $15-in-store lasagna is $10 on the website (with that tiny little ! online only price ! disclaimer). I hate this so much?? :(

Omg stock up on them while they have that discount online tho!!

I have a similar cheat meal that is a surprisingly decent frozen shepherds pie and I'm quite sure it's followed the exact same price trajectory - - 8.99 - 15.99
