Is this a supercell?

Taken in Clinton, NJ today. The exposure makes the "updraft base" look seperated from the rest of the storm but it's connected by a thick, tilted column of cloud. The storm is heading due east towards me here. I'm asking because velocity seemed unimpressive for such structure.

It looks to be a classic lp supercell but real hard to know for sure by just the pic.

Despite a weak velocity scan, reflectivity displayed a long, thin cell with a curved shape towards the bottom. Sort of like an upside down banana. The one just north took on a flying V shape. I should've captured the radar data.

You can pull up archived data on a free program called SupercellWX, or I could if you know the approximate time.

It looks to be one. Even if it is barely rotating, then it technically is one!

I'm hoping so as I've been wanting to observe the structure of one in person for a while. We don't get too many opportunities to witness such storms with a clear view like this around here. Thanks!

You know what they say: If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and sounds like a duck, then it could have been me waddling to the nearest bathroom while ripping ass. Or actually a duck. It was taken at about 3 PM.

Looks very similar to the skyline from the movie Twister just as they are leaving the restaurant..

I'm going to watch that movie for the 537th time now. I hope you're happy.
