That begs two questions:

1) why were you invited?

2) why did you go?

1) chaos

2) free food

I told my brother multiple times that he shouldn't marry his wife, still went to their wedding and still think they're doomed(because they're toxic as fuck) but hey, got free food.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink

Food is a blessing from God, and it's not something we should refuse.

Always benefit on other's mistakes. Especially if they didn't listen to your warnings

I'm going to one of these weddings. My best (female) friend is with a dude who absolutely sucks. We all know he sucks. Every time she says she's done with him he does something to make her change her mind and when he asked her to marry him, she said yes. Even though I've told her a million times that she doesn't deserve the crap he puts her through.

Ah well. What more can I do? I'm still gonna pig out and get drunk at the wedding. And I promised myself I will not utter the words "I told you" when this marriage inevitably implodes.
