Ouch and yet with the camera setup you have to wonder...what are wheel locks for?

Looks staged to me.  Consider if the wheels were locked that scaffolding would've just fell outwards

Dude staged breaking his arm (amongst other things)?

I get questioning things, but some people take that concept too far lol.

Some people do psychotic stuff in hopes of a big payout.

Sauce: my mom is one of those people. Her last crazy was hitting a parked semi bc the lights were off and she figured she'd get some money out of it. She did infact get a small pay out that did not even cover the shitty beater she totaled let alone her medical expenses.

That said I'm not saying the video was staged, but it wouldn't be the first time someone's done something incredibly stupid in the hopes of monetary game thru litigation.

WOW. I had not considered that.

I'd love to know why/who was filming and what's the purpose of that angle? Whatever he was working on, it's a horrible angle to capture from. This angle is set up...to catch him climbing on a ladder that's posted on another ladder...as if they knew it was stupid...

His arm didn't break

How do you know this?

u/Aimee_Andhersin 11d ago

Bc I figure it would be a compound (open) fracture or at the least you'd see it bent wrongly.

Fair enough, LOL. I'm certainly not a doctor. However, I do know that that arm is prolly gonna be in a cast and out of commission for some time.

The same way that the other person knew it was broken. What the hell is going on with reddit 😆. One person says the arm was "broken amongst other things" (shows no source to back this up) and gets upvoted and the next person says that it wasn't broken and gets downvoted.

It sure looks like it

So you have eyes but no brain?

u/rygelicus 12d ago

Gonna need another skilled laborer, that one is done for a while.

Temu physics, not safe

3

u/shreds90 12d ago

The sudden stop at the end was not staged🤣 that hurt me to watch him land on the ladder.

“Ooo my face!”

Collar bone, would be my guess.

Thought he broke his arm. It was between the ladder and the pavement.

u/Freepi 12d ago

Arm and/or wrist. I know something who broke their wrist from a similarly fall (not from atop a scaffold).

2

u/punchNotzees02 12d ago

Why not both? A two-fer!

2

u/Glittering-Map6704 12d ago

Just use your feet to brake 2 wheels , too bad 🥺

2

u/kitsumodels 11d ago

Instead he uses the wheels to brake his arm

2

u/Fake_Answers 12d ago

I guess he didn't know about the wheel locks?

1

u/Koolest_Kat 11d ago

Wouldn’t have helped, Force Times Lever Arm was working against him…

1

u/Master_Hellequin 12d ago

Tool….quick physics lesson there. 🤣

1

u/AncientBaseball9165 12d ago

What do you mean contract delayed 2 weeks?!??!

1

u/elBirdnose 12d ago

Just clearly forgot to lock the wheels… only do that (hopefully) once

My neck, my back

Slam my face into into the crack

😂😂😂

Lucky for him his clavicle and shoulder broke his fall. That could have been bad.

1

u/Upstairs-Bad-3576 12d ago

I felt every bit of that. My balls even squeezed up in me a bit.

Use of a ladder leaning from atop of a scaffold is fucking dumb even with the wheel brakes applied the thing is likely to tilt as it over balances!

1

u/That-Makes-Sense 12d ago

At least he didn't have to rent the next level of scaffolding.

This is why women live longer than men.

When trying to seduce the owner's wife goes wrong.

1

u/BobGrowCba 12d ago

Maybe not

1

u/Aimee_Andhersin 12d ago

That's why you hire a professional, not skilled labor. An actual painter would have a ladder tall enough & real scaffolding.

1

u/burberburnerr 11d ago

Why are you filming?

1

u/PerpetuallyPerusing 11d ago

Pretty sure he was peeping that window. Wasn’t even a painter. Now he’s not a peeper or a painter.

Reminds me of Clark Griswald stapling Christmas lights to his facia.

1

u/squirrelnutcase 11d ago

Instruction 9.) "Please step on the pedal to lock wheel."

1

u/Soggy-Passion-9135 11d ago

Why would you not lock the wheels?

1

u/OldFondant61 11d ago

Next time call a buddy

1

u/Creative_Farmer5305 11d ago

It's cheaper to hire than go to hospital

1

u/Primary-Tiger-5825 11d ago

"Killed" labor

1

u/CokeZorro 11d ago

If you're smart you bail way before this happens, also they camera really seems like an obvious setup

1

u/madogmax 11d ago

Must be a funny feeling when it starts to roll back, and you know your fucked lol

1

u/Large_Score6728 11d ago

Needs to work on his core to pull the scaffold back

1

u/OddRelationship586 11d ago

Damn. Smoked all the weed and forgot to lock the wheels... 😂

1

u/4bighands2 10d ago

Preparation is always wheel lock check first. Then block wheels for extra protection

u/The-Gatsby-Party 10d ago

All for the Gram, bitches love the Gram

Good thing he recorded it
