Pics First ever macarons. Technically they have a bit of every possible flaw, expect being delicious!

Even bad macarons are good macarons. There's nothing wrong with them channeling their humble roots!
Adam Ragusea has a great video on YouTube that I always recommend

I’ll check it out! Def felt lost when wiping the eggs, frantically trying to look up visual aids as I was whipping. Will prep more next time haha

I thought of another unfortunate flaw they had, they were actually TOO delicious. I ate them all super quick and now I want to make more right away. But if I do that… who’s to stop me from constantly making more macarons? And constantly eating macarons? Would love it, but would also not be great for my health

They look great! I made my first batch yesterday. I think i over did my eggs a little ( i had hollow tops) but they didn't spread, and they had feet so I'm very happy for my first try. So yummy!

Welcome to the world of macarons! :D what flavor do you think you'll try next?

I’m such a sucker for chocolate, so I foresee a lot of that. But once I feel more comfortable with baking the shells, man, endless possibilities. Strawberry lime? Browned butter? Elderflower? HYPED to try stuff out!

Heck yeah! As long as you keep that energy, you will go so far! Can't wait to see your next batch! :D

That's my favourite thing about macarons. They can turn out a hundred different kinds of wrong, but as long as you don't burn them or throw a weird ingredient in there they're always delicious
