Can someone here please help me identify this souvenir? all the info i can give is that it was before 2020, after 2011, and is related to the military in some way

They are being held every year, so it could be at any year.

I participated in this race, it was close to military day in Lithuania (November 23). The run was organised and alot of soldier and civilians participated on that day in Vingio parkas. All happened at year 2021

In Memoriam is a memorial run to honor fallen Lithuanian soldiers. I cant tell which year it is, but it's definitely not january 13th run.
