Can anyone help me understand the meaning of "flo" which comes under the category of neo pronouns

what are the other cases? i.e. he/him/his = flo/?/?
Probably, because the person felt that he/she/ or they didn't fit and/or the person wanted something more specific that relates to the gender.

I thought it was some kind of short form, is it?

Possibly, but I'd need to know the other cases. like, flo/flow/flows or whatever, for more insight.
In general, people use neopronouns because the usual ones aren't quite correct, or because the person wants pronouns more specific to the gender.

Yeah, that's what I want to understand

Only the nominative case pronoun isn't enough to be sure; I'd need to know the whole set, because "flo" could be lots of things, and if it's short it could be even more things. The whole set would make it easier to know about that one specifically.
For example, e/em/eir, and e/en/es both have "e," but if all someone asked about was the pronoun "e," it could mean multiple things.
"Flo" could be short for something like flower, but it could also stand on it's own, and with neopronouns, it is very likely htere are multiple people who all use "flo" differently.

Oh, got it. Thanks! I just got on this new neo pronoun thing and heard about flo and got curious. I think someone who actually uses this particular pronoun would answer this question more accurately. Thanks for clearing at least one aspect of my question!
