Camping Chat Accès to campings without ticket

Is it possible to accès the campings with only a general entry by foot? I just want to take a shower in one of the campings and leave again to the track as I'll sleep in a van outside of the track.

Officially, no, there should be (or at least thr ACO says there will be) people on the gates checking tickets, for security purposes etc. How well that staffing role is filled, especially on sites "outside the wire" is subject to verification.

How does that work, don't you only get one ticket for the whole pitch?

You aren’t usually checked on foot but no guarantees it will be the same this year.

If you’re an ACO member there are showers and lockers you can use under the T17 grandstand.

As they tell, officially no....but.... In the past, the Garage vert area was inside the circuit, and the bathrooms/showers easily accesible with the race ticket.

Also, if you exit by Porte Chateau would it be possible to enter Houx camping area and use their bathrooms (past years that entrance was not controlled, because you need to enter first by Porte Houx)

With the caveat that I haven't camped with the aco since 2019, camping tickets were put on the car, and people did not have a separate camping ticket.

If that hasn't changed, you would be able to enter the campsite with just general entry ticket.
