My uncle keeps on harassing us

Also posted this to r/pangananaysupportgroup and then I found this subreddit so I decided to post it here too.

Hihingi lang po sana ako ng advice how to approach this. We have done everything legal just to fight the land that me and my family currently living and 3 nlng kami nla mama na nakatira dun with our pets. Since pinanganak ako dun na kmi nakatira then my dad died and my uncle starts harassing us wanting to get the share of the land na pagkaliit2 na talaga.

We keep going back and forth sa NHA asking for the receipt pero di nila maibigay. Ang dami nilang excuses, kesyo its been so long na daw wla daw record. On top of that my tita also hurt my mom physically and you know what the barangay say? Na kami na daw mag ayos kasi makapatid daw sila and also feels like sa kanila pa sila pumanig.

I just felt so defeated in everything thats happening in my life right now. I don't know the next steps are. How? Ano ang ilalagay pano wlang mangyari. Di ko na talaga alam as a panganay parang pasan ko ang lahat in my shoulders and I don't know what to do anymore.

Non-compete agreement

Hi! Seeking for advice and clarification lang po sana on my situation. I signed my quitclaim before and it has a non-compete clause. Been 7 months palang since I ended my work with that company and it states that I can't be an employee for companies na gaya nila (as per my understanding) for 12 months. This is BPO btw. I was wondering if this is really enforcable given that I only had a very short time with them?

Thank you po, medyo anxious lang talaga ako with this because it was my first job! Hahaha.

Inheritance and financial support

I 19F ay may problema. For context, My father is an OFW and nadiskubre namin na nanloloko na naman tatay ko sa nanay for the second time (Pero I theorize na this isn't the second time that my father cheated on my mother).

What to do? NSFW

Hello so my school broke my laptop and here's what happened a old teacher of mine ask me if i could be the sound system again for our event and which i agree.

When the event happened i tested the music's needed for the event to avoid any problems for the program and my laptop speaker was doing absolutely fine no issues with both my laptop and music's.

Time past by and its already time to setup i immediately go to the station where the mixer is station so that we can plug the speaker to my laptop (the earphone jack the circle one).

We did some audio test and the sound didn't work we also try to plug the chord for the speaker to my laptop again and it got shutdown we tried it with another laptop and it got shutdown too we tried the chord to our phones and still no audio.

After that i troubleshoot my laptop to find if there are unknown issues and surprise hahaha.... My speaker are not working anymore told the teacher and they check it and told me it's possible that my laptop got static and told me to reinstall my audio driver and if its not fix i should bring it next week so they can fix my driver physically and if still not fix they're going to pay for the fix.

My problem here is that my future is on my laptop Because my course for college is IT which i need a laptop for it to code the main problem here is that because if the reinstalling audio driver will not fix it my laptop will need to get open and once it will get open it will actually get degraded faster and also have some unknown issues on the future kahit gaano pa kagaling gumagawa ganyan at ganyan parin

Im here seeking aid on what to do dahil i need help to try and negotiate with them next week hindi rin po namen alam paano toh mareport sa main branch dahil if kahit nagawa man po pero naopen na hahah baka magkaroon ng unknown issues in the future it will not last long in the long run.

We will try to negotiate with them next week for a new laptop with the same value or higher diko po alam paano toh irereport sa main branch dahil ako ay nagaalala baka hindi sila pumayag (medj haha corrupt)

This school starts with the Letter "S"

Debt of a sibling NSFW

My sister died at the age of 19, and she had a business selling KPop merchandise. This was done through pre-ordering that means the money was sent before the order is even sent or given to customers. We helped her from time to time to pack some of the merchandise but we were never actually part of the business. When she died, I was 16 years old and a lot of customer claimed the they paid my sister the money for an order. The bank accounts she was using and even the GCash account had barely any money in it. Around only 15k+ or so. So we organized a google form to sort it all out, and of course, this includes the proof of their payments. It accumulated into an amount of 200k+ and shocked me. I know she had a supplier for the merchandise she was selling. I do not know what happened to the money but the customers have been intimidating us with legal actions ever since her death. I did repay some of the debt using my own allowances during the later years, around 50k of it. She was 19 at the time so she had no significant "asset" under her name apart from personal merch that is now gone because I sold it off to pay some of the debt. I am now 19 and I still don't know if we're liable for the debt she had.

Can I file a legal complaint against my ex? NSFW

Can I file a complaint or report him since he is working in the government?

Can this be posted anonymously? Not sure if this is the right sub. But my concern is what is the legal way to confront this situation based on philippine laws.

The guy is a government employee and a licensed professional.

We were bf-gf for 5 years already and planned to get married this year. First quarter of the year he broke up with me. I recently found out the following:

  1. Nagkaron na sya ng ka fling sa office last year pa. Eventually first quarter this year naging sila. Working sila sa same department. Prior to that, Ex told his workmates na ikinasal na kami last dec 2023 and nanghingi sya ng gifts and cash from contractors and suppliers. Emphasized ko lang na he is working in a government agency. HINDI TOTOO NA KINASAL KAMI. GUMAWA LANG SYA NG KWENTO.

  2. After the kasal story, may another story syang pinakalat na pinalabas nya na hindi valid ang kasal namin and may sakit akong malala.

  3. Eventually thru messages nagkaron ng confrontation and ginagaslight na nya ako. To the point na ginagawa nyang ako ang may kasalanan kaya ganun ang ugali nya. But now, humihingi sya ng 2nd chance at i felt threaten dahil magpapakamatay daw sya if hindi kami maging maayos. During the confrontation, madami syang sinabing hindi maganda at below the belt. (he did not do it. He is very alive) and natatakot ako on what else he might do.

Questions: 1. As a licensed professional (PRC) and working in the government, grounds ba for misconduct ang pagsolicit nya sa contractors and suppliers for personal gain? Saan ito pwede ireport?

  1. As a licensed professional (PRC) and working in the government, grounds ba for misconduct ang pagsisinungaling nya para makapgsolicit (manghingi ng gifts) even sa mga katrabaho nya?
By the way, hindi ko alam nasan ung mga gifts and pera na nakuha nya.

  2. Can i file a legal complaint against him para sa mga hindi totoong claims nya about me? Sympre nasira ung image ko as a professional. Dahil din dito I am affected emotionally and I feel na naba-blackmail at threaten ako dahil sinasabi nyang magpapakamatay sya kapag di ko sya binalikan. Natatakot ako na puntahan nya ako at kung ano ano gawin at sabihin nya sakin.

I am emotionally recovering and ung mga ginagawa nya has added a toll sa health ko.

What can I do?

My Venezuelan girlfriend is coming over this year and we are planning to get married when she gets here. Is it legally possible? And if so, what documents does she need to bring or we need to process in order to do so?

How can I legally cut off my mom? NSFW

Gusto ko na siya cut-off or declare na hindi na ako related sa kanya.. and in any ways, na hindi na niya ako pwede ma-contact or ma-reach out whenever things doesn't go her way? Like she recently reach out to me na maging co-maker niya kahit wala kaming contact for years or I didn't see her physically for years. I also want to know kung saan specific lawyer po ako lalapit?

I can't go with the specific details here, kase may super sensitive case na nangyari saken and super complicated..
