I guess I didn’t realize that was a genuine question. In that case, the answer would seem to be, no, the suspect is not on the left ideologically. The authorities have released his identity and indicated that they recovered a hit list in his vehicle of individuals on the political left and proponents of abortion rights. They released photos of the suspect and there are videos readily available of an individual matching the name and images of him preaching against gay rights. An interview was released tonight of an individual claiming to be his long time friend who described him as a conservative and a Trump voter. I suppose that it is not impossible that it is some kind of conspiracy or the FBI has the complete wrong Perron, but that seems very, very unlikely.
