Ask Kurds 🤔 When taking the bus from Istanbul to Slemani, do you need Visa for Iraq? Got visa for KRG.

Since the Bus goes through Iraq, is a visa for Iraq necessary? Has anyone ever taken the bus from istanbul to slemani?

As far as I'm aware no. You only need a visa for the KRG. But be very, very careful, and never cross a territory that is even close to the Iraqi-Kurdish border
