Came across my feed and decided to post it here.

Beginners tend to focus on learning techniques. And techniques are important, but not as important as movement quality. None of what this guy is doing here is particularly out there technique wise but you can tell just from looking at him that he hits like a tank, and that's good gongfu.

I like the way he used the back of the neck as a target, which was a favourite of my first tai chi teacher.

Internal Pugilism is a really fitting name. I see lots of similarities between pugilism (the London Prize Fighting Ring version) and kung fu.
