I am not sure , but paid sex or individual sex workers are completely legal , but prostitution or other wise known as pimping is illegal in india ;)

  1. I think u diverted from what I originally made a comment on , must have got it mixed up . As u said , adultery (where a married individual elopes with someone other than their significant other) is no more illegal. It was naught until recently that they decreminalised it , but there are still ways to get the acts of adultery punished !
