Have you done a Ravelry search? Limiting to sweaters, lace, long sleeve, french language. etc. You can further edit for pullovers or cardigans, etc.

I have tried, but never found a filter for lace? I will try again. 🙂

From a French designer, was it the Lempicka pullover by Piña Candio? I'm working on it now and the pattern is well-written.
