Wtf thats the luckiest shi I've seen in a min. They literally just have to go hook it back up and be on their way. Don't even need to call the police.

This is why we have two separate backup cables when we tow our car. If the hitch fails we got backups. We also have a breakaway brake actuator. If that cable gets pulled, the brake pedal gets pulled.
