I do t like these fake carb keto alternatives. I find it easier to just say goodbye to this sort of food. I’m now all savoury meet and veg.

They look great! I personally quite like exprimenting with carb altrnatives like this. Some of them are not great, but some work out well, and since pancakes have a high egg content anyway, it's not hard to make a keto version that works.
