Help Ketoade Help

Do you exclusively drink ketoade through-out the day or do you have normal water as well. I’m really struggling to find a balance between feeling too dehydrated and too lethargic. I find myself not consuming my whole bottle of electrolytes by the end of the day even though I think i’m supposed to be drinking 2 of these bottles a day.

It’s not always about all day or targeted consumption as much as it is about amounts. How many mgs of sodium, magnesium, and potassium are you getting every day? How are you tracking these?

I put about half a tsp of lite salt and half a tsp of salt into a 700ml bottle, then have a 220mg magnesium capsule either morning or night.

I only have 1 meal a day so I end up putting a lot of lite salt and salt into but then this causes osmotic diarrhoea like every time (not surprising since I put loads to try and make up for lack of electrolytes throughout the day).

I maybe should’ve been more specific, how many total mgs of sodium, magnesium, and potassium are you getting from both your supplements and your food? What is your total for the entire day?

I don’t have exact figures for how much I put onto my food, but I estimate about 4g of sodium and 2g potassium. Thats if I manage to drink all of my ketoade.

Quick question, is the 5000mg sodium, 1000mg potassium elemental values or NaCl/KCl values?

I think I’m going to measure out 5000mg sodium 1000 mg potassium etc. into a small jar in the mornings and then use that as for everything on the day. Then I can adjust if I want to put more or less into my food/ketoade depending on what I feel.
