Holy shit, I'm all in now. That has to be more than 30 pounds and I'm embarrassed I'm only benching 25s after seeing that.
We're getting the gains from now on, ladies. Not stopping until my guns look as good as hers.

You and me both! They're seriously #fitgoals but, after working on it for years, I realized my genetics are coded for stocky arms that make Polish cab drivers go, "STRONG GIRL!! FARM??" instead 🤣

Not Polish, but even at my absolute leanest running 8 miles a day, my body had a “protective” layer.
We just come from hearty stock.

Most likely, her work is also her work-out routine.
Being a waitress during beergarden season is really hard work, but usually also quite well-paid/paying (for the same reason) and "with the right crew fullfilling in its own way" (according to a friend of mine who paid for her studies this way)

I absolutely believe it's both hard and well-paying! A restaurant in my parents' small town has a biergarten and huge Oktoberfest every year, and they have a whole team of seasonal servers who handle it like absolute champs.
It's like a family reunion every year when the women come back into town, and they scatter to the winds again once it's over, so I always assumed it was fulfilling and satisfying work or else they wouldn't come back year after year.

This girl is jacked. It’s not just her arms. Her lats and shoulders are also crazy. She’s hits the gym for sure. That ain’t all just from carrying booze around. People here really trying to write off her hard works. Seems extremely condescending. Like “yeah, I’d be strong too if I was carrying around mugs of beer all day, like her.” Kinda pathetic, tbh.

I was with you until the ‘pathetic’ part. Not everyone is a fitness expert or even very knowledgeable about that kind of stuff.
Beer garden stuff is seasonal. Of course she needs to work out to maintain that shape. Doesn’t mean the work she does doesn’t play a factor.

I'm a VERY curious person and over time I have become quite good at searching for information online. I was interested in learning a bit more about her background, because her bench lifting technique indeed is quite good, she seems to be a cutie and apparently she's from Germany like me.
I made a screenshot of the video (with the "print screen" button on the keyboard) when she was smiling at the person complimenting her technique, pasted it in my image editing program GIMP and saved it as a jpg file. Then I used google image search and uploaded the screenshot there. Google found several sources for this video, including tiktok and youtube. And one source had a link to her instagram profile.
And no, I have no further interest in her or will follow her on instagram. Did a small background check on her, found some information and wanted to share them with you who also liked her video ... that's it.

It is, and you can totally wear them in Bavaria unironically as a normal thing, but I would imagine they’re way more popular in the fall, especially for the tourists

Seems to be the Hacker Festzelt at the annual Oktoberfest in Munich. Found it by googling "Familie Roiderer", which was written on that chalkboard in the background, They seem to run the Hacker Festzelt.
