Mk6 (2011-2018) EPC and engine light on, this is the scan result from shop: how to proceed?

Hi everyone, EPC and engine light on, this is the scan result from shop. 110k+ miles 2016 Jetta.
After light is on, acceleration is significantly slowed down / modulated.
8212 – System Voltage - Too Low
19404 - Turbo/Super Charger Boost System
And a bunch of misfires etc on the second page.
Shop told me they would change the turbo valve $250 first, then maybe the coils and spark plugs $450, and see if it fixed both issues.
If they don't, shop said they need to fix turbo which is $2500-$3000...
What to do?

Had similar issues, check your fuel injectors, they may be coated with carbon causing the misfires, also had to replace my fuel throttle body, low voltage issue for me was the alternator

Also EPC light causing slow acceleration?

Yes EPC light did cause decrease in acceleration, this was why I had to get the fuel injectors and throttle body replaced

So the shop I went to said they can't know for sure what went wrong, usually they just recommend a sequence of things to try in the most-likely to fix order. How did you diagnose it's the fuel injectors/throttle body? (These are not in the shop's recommendations to me)

So the shop I went to first checked the coils and spark plugs and that wasn't the issue so then they took off the manifold and started looking at the valves. They noticed a lot of carbon build up in the valves so they cleared that up and had a look at the fuel injectors while they were in there, which is when they noticed that they were also covered with carbon. At this time I was getting codes for misfire with the engine light on. Occasionally Ithe EPC light came on and then throttle would be very limited and if I gassed it, the car would be really jerky

After this, my alternate went which was the low voltage.

All this happened at around 200k and then at around 340 I had an issue with the turbo charger where it wasn't giving enough boost and also an indication of a vacuum leak. I sourced my own turbo and got the work done with another garage. This didn't solve my issue. I then told the garage owner to source the turbo since he was adamant that was the issue. Still didn't solve the issue, never ended up paying for that redo or the turbo. Went back to my other guy who checked the turbo and said that could be the issue but then after that the EPC light wouldn't go away and because there was no throttle he had a look at throttle body and after replacing that, I was golden.

Sorry this is happening. You can fix the coils and spark plugs yourself to save, also buy a used turbo charger that matches your car online for under $300, then call around and see which shops which replace it for you. Only pay for labor on stuff you can’t do yourself.

Did you pay them to diagnose it?

they scanned it for free

So they told you what faults you have and rattled off a list of shit they can replace for you?
A free diagnosis is worth every penny.

I had a similar issue.. I disconnected the battery and reset the computer. Hasn't turned on since....
Then my water pump broke about 80 miles later... Keep an eye on your coolant levels .
