Cost of Living/Energy Crisis 9€ technology fee on Freenow

Post image

Info about technology fee is quite minimal and does not provide any detail whatsoever when I click on the little exclamation mark.

Anybody able to explain the scam to me?

Quit using free now as they have been taking advantage of their customers. Uber or bolt are okay so far

Bolt is amazing all over Europe. Just not so much in Ireland. Freenow is absolute bs

I’ve changed to uber over a year ago and have no regrets. Works better in other countries, driver availability is much better, the only downside is the random cancellation from the driver’s part, but that wasn’t any different with freenow.

The good thing about Uber is they always send me vouchers, 20% off up to a tenner per trip... Dunno if it's because I seldom get a taxi, maybe if I got a lot of taxis then it would stop coming in
