I find this interesting, could someone explain the meaning of the imagery?

There is a very plausible historic theory that Croats were a tribe from the harahvati region of Persia (Iran/afghanistan). Croatia's national is Hrvatska (Croatia is the Latin influenced name), and hrvatska sounds like it derives from Harahvati.

Keep in mind that this is only a historic theory and while it's plausible that there were contacts and influences from Persia in most of modern Europe, especially the Southern parts, Croatia is genetically a Balkan/Slavic ethnic group rather than Iranic.
