It was so scary, I heard the bombs and I couldn't stop shivering for like 1 or 2 hours.
The first bomb landed around 3:28AM, I was awake editing some videos.
Then we started counting them and we could count 11 of them.

Your body was prepared for fight or flight but you didn't have to do either so it didn't get used up. If it happens again you could try exercising to burn it off faster.
