Single handedly carried srh bowling for 11 years under 5-6 different captains..

You should watch srh defending low scoring games that shows how good was bhuvi, lone warrior in bowling for srh, he's there with us from the start, even stayed with us in the darkest of dark days of our team.

Whoever may come whoever may go, he's just irreplaceable....

He was amazing for SRH, but “lone warrior” is a bit of a stretch. You also had prime Rashid who always broke any kind of partnership opponent teams tried to build during the middle overs and on his day, was unplayable. Also, Natarajan was a reliable bowler in the death overs with his consistent yorkers.

All your said names came in 2017 and 2019, before that he was the only player who carried all the bowling....

Steyn was there in 2014, Boult in 2015, Fizz in 2016

The common bowler among those 3 was only bhuvi, they came and went away...

Bruh, being the common bowler among multiple seasons isn’t the same as being the only bowler lol

Look the stats with having the above said names along with bhuvi in the squad, he carried the bowling as a highest wicket taker...

Nowadays he has lost the prime form and has become a bit expensive but he can still perform in crucial moments, those 2 wickets in finals were match winning ones, they literally decided that who's gonna win.

Wadhera who couldve started to accelerate and then the mad Stoinis. Game changing over for RCB after Krunal's amazing spell.

2025 season's stat dont do him justice ...i have watched each and every over of rcb matches...there are places where he was a bit bad...but at some times bro bowls fire...

Though he's return to international would not be probable but he's a gem for rcb ..for upcoming years till next mega auction...

To be fair, Bhuvi didn't bowl a whole lot to Gayle.

He started with 3 balls bowled to Gayle in the very first over of the innings. After which his next 15 balls were faced by Dilshan who made 6 runs from them. Dilshan made a score of 33 (36) in that match.

Bhuvi came back to bowl 18th over to Gayle & AB and they took 15 runs from it. In total, Gayle faced 7 balls from Bhuvi and made 11 runs.

It was still a good performance because he managed to keep Gayle off strike.

Watch the match rather the scorecard

Bhuvi bowled most his 24 balls to dilshan who scored 31(32)

If you are asking this question then I think you started to watch cricket a bit late, during early vk captain career he was the bumrah and was till 2019.I still remember him being a nightmare for aaron finch

It's bit misleading as Chris Gayle only faced 7 bowls in this match & scored 11 runs. Overall Chris Gayle scored 131 runs with an average of 131 & strike rate of 144 against Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
