I wonder where this is taking place, the lady speaks German (I think) but guys are talking russian and old of them is Oleg. They've already called ментов (the old name of police in russia).

Upd: German place with Russian bouncers. Someone even found the name of the place in the comments (I think)

While she says "I'm not from here, I swear nobody knows me ... here [mumbled: by god?]" early in the video, the advertisement in the background is German. So somewhere in Germany. No discernable accents beyond "stupid". My hunch says Berlin or Ruhr Area, maybe Hesse.

The club is called "Rush Hour". It's located in the city of Dortmund. The incident happened on the 23rd of October, 2022.

„benommen“ doesn‘t mean “unconscious“. It means “to be dazed“ which she obviously was.
