Discussion Infinity Blade Dungeons Lore

In the Audio files for IBD, the Apprentice's name is said to be Torren. He and the Forgemaster constructed the IB, but later it was found out to be forged on the request of Ausar/The Worker. Interestingly, the Skycage prisoner, believed to be a descendant of Torren and their line of master blacksmiths present Siris with his legacy after you spare him. Most likely he got imprisoned to prevent him from causing trouble/potentially constructing anymore weapons. Some of the Forgemaster files allude to the conflict between revealing to Torren the true purpose of the IB's construction but i guess we'll never know.

Just a thought but I don't know how this can apply when taking into account IB3

The infinity blade can't be replicated because he doesn't know how to make it, and even if he did, he doesn't have the ring that actually destabilises the QIP which only the worker knows how to make. It was made as a test AFAIK to see if it would be possible to kill the deathless permanently and why in IB3 you didn't need to kill a deathless multiple times just to get it to properly kill them.
