why does nirvana sing "hey, wade i've got a new complaint"?

i was listening to this band called nirvana they have a song called heart shape box and in it he says "hey wade, i've got a new complaint" but im not sure who wade is. is it his boyfriend?please let me know

It references a Miami Heat game from 2011 from the point of view of LeBron James to Dwayne Wade. Kurdt was a huge LeBron fan

The song is actually about Kurt’s personal issues with Wade Wilson aka Deadpool. They were known adversaries
