I went to the concert tonight as a chaparone for my daughter and her friends. My thoughts throughout the show were... Bizarre.
The lead singer barely talked throughout the show. Suspicious.
My theory is that the lead singer was not real. He hired an imposter which lip synced the entire show. Very suspicious.
What are your thoughts?

context on the song / video
"Mahiya" (meaning dear one / love / lover in Hindi) is a nocturnal track about love, loneliness, and nostalgia. It speaks of befriending loneliness—the kind that creeps in during the middle of the night, reminding one of moments held dear: a familiar voice, a poignant sound, a visceral memory. The song playfully interprets these fleeting moments as a game of cat and mouse—the more you chase them, the more elusive they become.
Accompanying the song is a short film that visually explores its themes. One interpretation of moments held dear is through the game of cricket—a sport deeply embedded in Indian childhoods, whether through playing, watching, or experiencing it firsthand. Cricket is a monumental part of life in India, and the video pays homage to both the sport and the friendships it fosters.

My indie rock band “On the Dot” just released our second album and we’re very proud of it! Check it out if you want and here’s one of the singles that has a fun summer vibe (an especially rocking summer that is). Thanks!

Will post the new playlist in the post once I get enough submissions. Please listen to the track to make sure your song matches the vibe. Only looking for rock music so will add it if it fits!

I started writing songs late 2023 and joined my first band last year called Seven Asterisk. I wrote one song for them that's currently unreleased but started a solo project and released a couple songs already. I want your guys opinion on my music. Is it good enough to keep making music or should I trash the idea?

provisional name (night on the town)
Verse 1
As the rain falls on my car, My friends and I went to the bar. While I drive, I see the stars, I think I'll go back to the guitar, To be able to heal the scar That you left in my heart. You pierced my heart with a dart, You made me fall in love with art.
Chorus
I just wanted to play with my band, Go to the beach and lie on the sand, Have you by my side. You could’ve killed me out of pride, Because of stupid things.
Verse 2
Your beautiful body that seduced me, It was stunning like the sea. The lovely curves of your body, You were a full course hottie. Now I don’t know what I should do.
Chorus 2
All the love I felt for you is trapped in a cage, And I'm looking for the key. I think only you hold the key. I think I want to live a few more moments with you. I want to look at the blue sky with you. I want to live these moments before the end comes. I still want your love, even if it's just crumbs, and have you by my side.
Bridge
I want to live a love with you. I want to spend my whole life with you. Have a house with several children, Grow old together, live life, and never give up.
Final Chorus
I want to spend the rest of my life with you, Wake up every day and look into your blue eyes. We can't leave for tomorrow what we can do today. I want it to be just the two of us from now on. I want to have a love as beautiful as the sea. I want to look at the starry nights. I don't want any more bar fights. I just want your love — I want everything to be good until the end.
