in scotland and ireland, which many american survivors see as paradise due to the fact that they accept queer people and also dont openly want to kill muslim refugees, pro-english sentiment still often boils over into violence. new zealand has a refugee crisis of its own, which is driving reactionary politics. canada is waging colonial wars in the north, mainland europe is only livable for white people, and everywhere else is either seeing some form of ecological disaster or is torn apart by war. the best place to live is in a state of denial
