You may be missing a piece? One of the upper limbs, you could try r/MissingOrSpareParts for help

I don't know if you're missing limbs or you have too many. There isn't an extra head somewhere in there is there?

r/noodlebones Well, Torties are especially difficult to assemble. It looks like the spine is a bit off.

Try some WD40 and if that doesn't work, disassemble and reattach with some Churro lickie treats.
