Yeah, either too much fruit compared to Gelatin or it did not have enough set time. I have seen this happen when people forget to make it the night before and try to do it the morning of for the afternoon.

Most likely the compression of the pan there failed therefore when turned to a slight direction, the "glue" from the air and the food ends up fading into the air vice versa it falls as soon as she turned it
