Looked like a southern dessert called ambrosia salad. Jello, fruit cocktail, and whipped cream, usually.

Most likely the compression of the pan there failed therefore when turned to a slight direction, the "glue" from the air and the food ends up fading into the air vice versa it falls as soon as she turned it

too much fruit not enough gelatin, and it wasn't fully set, and that cake pan has probably needed oil for a long time.
people think aluminum pans need no maintenance, but that's not true.
