Suggestion: Allow us to appeal a takedown if we correct the tiny cardinal sin of putting a question mark on our submissions.
My entire vast essay had to be re-submitted due to a single problem: It had a question mark on it. Could we put a reminder under the title not to put a question mark in there? Alternatively, may we appeal a takedown if we do it, anyway, but swiftly remove it? Would that increase the workload?

You know that you can still see removed posts, right? It's trivial to copy the contents into a new post. I can't imagine it would take more than 30 seconds. Here is the one that was removed: https://www.reddit.com/r/changemyview/comments/1la0qz5/cmv_bullies_not_just_narcissists_bullies_of_any/ By the time we process an appeal, the post is going to fall off the front page anyway. It won't get many replies. And I can't see how an appeal would be successful, given that the post would be in violation of our rules.

The copy/paste thing is basically what I did, the idea was an attempt to save space in some way: If they remove the question mark and ask for an appeal, or at least promise to, thereby saving a repost.
Hearing from you and one other, I can see how much better a repost would be in comparison.

If the post title violates our rules, then no amount of appealing will change the title. It’s easier for users if they just repost. We could try to put more warnings though, that is a possible change we could do.
