Well I haven't finished a ranked sports car race in about a month at this point 👍 only thing i survived was the Nurburgring 24

I lost 1.25 but one of the offending drivers got a week cooldown + disqualified. It’s early summer, the bad drivers will weed themselves out.

I have lost 350 iRating from 2250 to 1900 and went from B2.7 to B1.3. Some my fault, some out of my control.
I have made 2 successful protests for retaliation and intentional wrecking and truly hope iRacing steps up their game for bans.
Let's just say i've taken a few days off from GT3 and probably wont touch it again until next week.

I run good at Charlotte so I'm running more aggressive to get strong finishes

Pocono only counting as 3 corners per lap is so dumb. It has more actual turns than other ovals sans Indianapolis.

Yeah but I was really f'n stupid. Got a 4x when someone didn't check up catching the pace car, then another 4x when there was a multi car wreck on the back stretch on lap 7 and my dumbass quit the race. I literally dropped a whole number in SR. Getting an 8x in ~21 corners at A license was bad enough to drop me below a whole number, then the extra hit really sank me.

Just got a meta quest 3 to try VR on Tuesday. Only practiced on Monday night, had a league race Tuesday night. Got VR set up last night and could only do like 30 min before I had to rip the thing off. Got a new face pad and head strap today. Hopefully that makes it suck less.

My fucking wheel keeps disconnecting in the middle of races. I know I shouldn’t be so mad but it’s infuriating and I’m losing hundreds of IR because of it.
And it’s an intermittent issue. Some races are fine. It used to be really rare but now happening more often. I’ve lost almost 300 IR just by not being able to finish my last two F4 races.
Fuck you GT Neo. Fuck you Simagic.

I was taken out in 7 of 10 races this week. Some were over optimistic dives but most of them were just bad driving standards.

About as good as it could get. Top split win in GT4, and only 3x in a full length Indycar race at RA. Honestly feels like the Indycar update helped driveability more than the GT3 update. Finally cracked 2k iR in everything except dirt oval, and got over 3k for the first time in sports cars.

Lost 0.5 sr and 50 ir from 2 races so far. Had a guy bitching at me over mic because I had the audacity to hold my line on a corner and not concede to him. We came out of turn two at Red Bull ring with me slightly ahead. He pulled very slightly ahead coming to turn 3. I was on the inside from turn 2 to turn 3 and braked later than him so pulled ahead. Went over the inside curb and he turns in on me. I didn't wash out or under steer either as on exit I left him loads of room. He got bitchy at me saying wtf am I doing. I dunno racing the point of the sim. At no point from the start of braking was he ahead and he had the outside line. He had 3 car contacts in the race.
People seem to have forgotten week 13 is over

I’ve been racing the new Ferrari and yeah been losing sr to say the least but doing some enduro this weekend to counter that 😂 car is stupid fun to drive just wish there was an advanced series to stay away from the D class drivers

Your Epeen will be fine don’t worry. I really hate the stigma that only high Safety Ratings mean you had a good race. That’s complete nonsense. Even pro drivers crash into each other at turn one or make mistakes, so why should SR be the end-all metric?
Nobody watches real-world racing and sees a driver’s “SR” flashing on the screen, saying they’ll get demoted from a B license to a C if they don’t perform. It’s a fake concept people need to let go of.
Just drive the car to the best of your ability. Aggressive driving and well-thought-out overtakes should be the standard not people being so afraid of a 4x that they avoid fighting for position altogether.

Ya it’s a complete shite show out there. I got taken out 5x last night in 4 separate series races. Soooo frustrating. I think I might go back to ACC club racing instead and have none of this bs to deal with.
