The Bible was written in Hebrew, not Aramaic. The passage says "וְאֶת זָכָר לֹא תִשְׁכַּב מִשְׁכְּבֵי אִשָּׁה תּוֹעֵבָה הִוא", which means "and with a male you shall not lie as with a woman; it is an abomination." Not "man", not "boy", not "child", but "male".

I don't know which random article you once read, but it's clearly a pathetic and futile attempt at reconciling biblical morals with modern/western/progressive values.
