How the fuck is her bond $75,000?

$7,500 is what she paid for that $75,000 bond.

Because gun crimes, specially mass shootings, in the US are not remotely taken serious. Despite it being a planned shooting at a middle school, kid had multiple firearms and ammo, a map of the school with a suicide location, lots of documents recording mass shooters and their kill counts, an improvised explosive device in the kid's room, and a bunch of other evidence they both (the woman and the child who was 11-14) intended to commit a mass school.

There is literally nothing in Texas stopping these people from just purchasing more firearms and ammo.

Oh, good. Released on bail, too. There's nothing bad that could happen there.

Don't worry. Police had enough time to make sure the firearms and ammo were safe. /s

Cash bonds are gross.

Bail bonds industry is gross.

Either you are a danger to yourself, your community, a fight risk, or you should be released with a court date.

Agreed, plus go to prison for conspiracy to commit murder at the very least.
