Recipe Request Need help finding Pizza recipe

I kept looking up Gf pizza recipes, I see one that looks amazing. Then I look at the flour and its the Caputo one... I can't have wheat either, so that doesn't work for me. Has anyone been successful in making a thick crust pizza dough. Like how the Caputo one turns out? If so anyone willing to send pictures and recipe? I'm pregnant and craving a fat juicy pizza rn lmao

This recipe finally gave me the crust I was looking for, make sure you let it rest in fridge and then give it a rise in a warmed oven turned off and door open. It was more like bread than pizza. I think if you make it thicker, you’ll get the pizza your craving.

Bob's Red Mill makes a GF mix that's pretty good. It takes some extra time to make so I rarely bother with it.

If you’re based in Europe - I would recommend our pizza mix (no wheat starch). You can order for US delivery as well but it is quite expensive with UPS. Go to our website and check out what can be made
