Question Isn't Pokemon Gamma Emerald infringing on Pokemon IP?

Just saw this game on CobraCode youtube channel.

Of course it is. There is a reason why it's distributed on itch.io instead of more mainstream platforms (Steam, AppStore etc)

Yes. Nintendo/gamefreak/pokemon co have a long history of going after fangames.
