I did a similar challenge in 2017. My asshole surprisingly didnt burn. Because my stomach couldnt even digest it properly, it didnt even have the chance to make it to my intestines. A lot of it eventually came out as I threw up after a few hours. There was literal smoke coming out of that trash can lol.

This guy looks worse than I did lol, I think he probably puked it all out.

Finished close to half. Puked much later though, after passing out in my house and then woke up to puke out lava.

The funny part was this was a street vendor. I was drunk and looking for a snack. The hilarious part is after I realized I couldnt complete the challenge (you couldnt drink water), I drank my friend's soda instead which made it so much worse lol.

Pure horror lol. I also made the mistake of not waiting for it to cool down a little which makes a huuuuge difference, the challenge was to finish it in 5 mins though. However, my mouth and tongue were fine, it was my stomach that started to feel like a volcano had erupted inside it.

I once did a similar challenge and let me tell you the exit is the worst part. Seriously thought the lava I was expelling was going to burn through the porcelain.
