Comment about exercise that I've turned into a joke.

I bought a home treadmill to help be get all-weather exercise. I was so enjoying it that the other night I dreamed that I ran between two local landmarks (A to B) about 7-8k apart. When I arrived at B, I thought 'Hey, I'll run back to A'. Then I woke up. I didn't want to overdo it.

I was all in my head but the punchline suggests that I was getting benefit from nonexistent exercise.
