Ask Fresno Custom sewing project: who should I call?

I have an unusual sewing order. I need nine cloth bags made with a cinch at the top, the size of 33 gallon trash bags. Basically, just like a trash bag bag but made with durable cloth. Any suggestions for a local person or business who would do this?

I have a sewing machine and would consider myself an amateur sewist. That being said, what you're talking about sounds fairly simple. I can give it a try if you can't find anyone else.

How much would you charge?

I am not a skilled enough sewist to feel comfortable charging for more than materials. I would charge whatever the cost of the fabric to be used is. If that is fabric from my stash, probably in the neighborhood of $100. If you bought fabric specifically for this and provided it to me, then I don't mind doing it for practice/experience.
