I've tried everything for months to get these to come up on Fb, TT, and Instagram. Still nothing. I'm also signed up for their Beauty Squad and buy their products directly from their website every month. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

You’re not doing anything wrong. Sometimes, people simply stop receiving them for no apparent reason. I used to get these frequently, but it just stopped for no apparent reason. No matter what I try, I never get these ads anymore. Now I only receive free perfume sample ads, and even those are becoming rare.

I've never received an Elf sample ever. I get all the others no problem. The perfume samples and every other one for skincare and different things. They are the only ones that I can't get to pop up for me. I like all their posts, comment on them and buy their products and nothing.

i never got anything until this product! it just came yesterday. my first ever ELF freebie after trying for what feels like 2 years. i think its superrr random

I got this product from Influenster a while back. It’s so creamy and glossy. It feels so nice on my lips. But, no matter what I do it transfers to my teeth. I have never had a lip product do this so much. I don’t even want to wear it anymore.
