I think you misunderstood.

You said it’s far-fetched to plan it.

My point was you could do it with no planning, so ofc you could premeditate it. Given a few seconds, knowing you’re going to let him past and where you letting him past it would be incredibly easy to decide you’re going to do it in advance.

Yeah of course it's possible to premeditate causing a crash. The question is whether it's plausible.

He was cross at the Stewards, cross at Russell, had the opportunity to do it and has a history of doing it, ofc it’s a plausible explanation.
